2. Intellectual Property Rights

3. Commercial Engagements & Bidding Support

Any programmatic quote requested through this website is subject to the following validation rules:

• Tender Timeline Alignment: While our workflows are engineered for rapid turnaround during tight project tender windows, a website request does not automatically bind our engineering team to a delivery date until an official Project Award / PO confirmation has been formally processed.
• Service Until Pass & Approve: Official contractual guarantees—such as our commitment to support mechanical contractors through cross-consultant coordination reviews until final regulatory clearance is achieved—apply strictly to active paid clients under signed engineering service agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

MEGAGENIX utilizes advanced computational engines (including ANSYS, Cadence, OpenFOAM, and Cradle Design Simulation) to de-risk high-load infrastructure, model wind-driven rain, and remove localized hot spots prior to construction built-out.
