Jay Wang

Managing Director

With a Master’s Degree from the National University of Singapore and more than 15 years of engineering experience, Jay brings deep expertise in managing advanced CFD projects and delivering high-value engineering solutions. He specializes in data center airflow modelling, thermal analysis, and ventilation optimization, and plays a key role in overseeing project execution, conducting technical reviews, and guiding strategic discussions with clients.

Jay’s wide exposure across data centers, cleanrooms, HVAC systems, and building environmental studies has equipped him with strong capabilities in cleanroom design, data center performance evaluation, ACMV design validation, human comfort assessment, and complex fluid dynamic simulations. His work is driven by a commitment to using CFD to improve system efficiency, reliability, and overall environmental performance.

At Megagenix Pte Ltd, Jay embarked on a journey as the Founder and CEO of his own business.

In his new role, Jay brought his visionary approach to life. He leads Megagenix with the same dedication, innovation, and commitment to excellence that had marked his entire career. Under his leadership, Megagenix is now recognized for their cutting-edge solutions in the construction and engineering domain.

Lye Kar Marn

Commercial Director

Kar Marn is a commercially astute professional with over 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract management, and commercial leadership across Singapore’s construction and engineering sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia.

She began her career at a QS consultancy, managing cost planning, tendering, and contract administration for landmark projects including Jewel Changi Airport, Tan Tock Seng Hospital Integrated Care Hub, and A&A works for Mandarin Orchard Hotel. Her responsibilities spanned pre-construction tender management, progress claim assessments, variation evaluations, cost control to deliver large-scale developments on time and within budget.

She subsequently also managed contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution—including mediation, arbitration, and commercial settlements—for projects such as Mandai Rainforest Park F&B/Retail outlets and a confidential project in Brunei.

Kar Marn is now co-founder and Commercial Director of Megagenix Pte Ltd. She oversees financial strategy, pricing, corporate operations, and bid management, ensuring alignment between technical excellence and commercial viability.

With over 10 years in the construction and engineering sectors, Kar Marn drives business growth through strategic client engagement, new market development, and competitive bid management. She is known for aligning technical solutions with client needs and delivering complex projects on time and within budget while fostering lasting partnerships.
